Shipping
Domestically, we offer 3 shipping options.
Standard Shipping- Is the most cost effective shipping option and typically takes 2 -7 buisness days to ship. Available for packages under 16 oz. For example, items like a single t shirt, tank top, or hat.
Upgraded Shipping- Still very affordable and typically takes 2-7 business days to ship. This is required for items that weigh more than 16 oz. For example, 2 or more t shirts, or a single hoodie or pair of joggers.
Rush Shipping - Extremely fast shipping but more expensive. Available for packages of all sizes.
Guaranteed Dates - When checking out, an estimated date will be provided for when you will receive your custom clothing. If a delivery attempt is not made for your order by that date we will refund all of your shipping fees.
If you have specific shipping needs for your order, like shipping your clothing with a specific carrier or to multiple locations, we can help facilitate that process for you, but extra charges may apply.
Delivery
Pending order verification, orders should arrive as specified above. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Often times, your order may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Ueburts reserves the right to send packages through other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times.
You will be asked to provide a telephone number on checkout, which will be used in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address for your order confirmation email.
